How long does delivery take for dot painting kits? For many UK and European destinations, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Canada delivery times differ; see below. All Paint By Dots kits are produced and shipped from Europe. Import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and shipment. Every order includes tracked shipping, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

DELIVERY TO CANADA

We ship Paint By Dots kits to Canada with two delivery options:

  • Canada Post: €14.99, estimated shipping time 15–30 days after dispatch.
  • DHL Express: €29.99, estimated shipping time 2 days after dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Production and customs processing can add time. Canadian customs may charge import duties, GST/HST, applicable provincial taxes and carrier handling or customs-clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless expressly stated at checkout and, if assessed, must be paid by the recipient, sometimes before delivery. The amount depends on the order value, classification, origin and destination province. Canada Post and DHL Express may charge additional handling or clearance fees. Shipping charges are shown at checkout; import charges may be billed separately.

Can you return a dot painting kit? Standard dot painting kits can be returned within 30 days if unused. Custom photo kits are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a fault. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, a replacement is provided quickly without requiring returns.
