01Delivery and tracking

Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. As soon as your kit ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow every step of the journey.

02Order Guarantee and delivery issues

Added the optional Order Guarantee at checkout? If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, we reprint or refund it, just send a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it out quickly.

03Custom photo dot painting kits

Upload your photo and we turn it into a printable dot canvas. A designer reviews every image by hand and emails you a preview to approve before we print, so you know exactly what you’ll get.

04Returns

Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days. Personalised photo canvases are made to order, see our returns page for how those are handled.

05Materials and quality

Every canvas is printed in Europe on premium matte stock with clear, evenly spaced circles, paired with lightfast dot markers so your finished artwork stays crisp for years.
